I just hope you know how important you are. You care a lot for everyone here, and for those who've died. But as much as you take care of people and make sure they're okay, I hope you do the same. I know it's hard to take care of yourself, when there are so many people to take care of. Even so... you can't spread yourself too thin. Protect the others. Take care of them.
